Data Deletion

You can submit a request in either of these ways:

• Email kovryga.dmitro@icloud.com with the subject “Atelier Relay Data Deletion.”
• Send a message to the Your Personal Seamstress Facebook Page stating that you want your information deleted.

Include the name used on Facebook and the approximate date of your conversation so we can identify the correct records. Never send your Facebook password or payment-card information.

After verifying the request, we will delete information that is no longer required from records controlled by Your Personal Seamstress and from active Atelier Relay workflow records, including available message-routing or translation logs linked to the requester.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Information held independently by Meta, Facebook, Instagram or another service provider remains subject to that provider's own settings and privacy policy.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for limited information to confirm that the requester is the person connected to the records. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if any information must be retained.
